Sundays Lift available from YMCA at 8.15 am, in time for 9 am service. Lift available from YMCA at 10.15 am, in time for 11 am service. Hot shower / Washing machine. Buses arriving anytime within 30 mins of times. Return lift to YMCA at 4pm. Clothing, Health advice, support from Health visitor. Meals are now only available the 1st Sunday in the month) Tea, coffee, snacks all other Sundays. Meals - 2nd and subsequent visits costs 50p.

‘BUS-STOP’ Free Drop-In for Crisis Listening/Emotional Support. Also skilled and qualified contract Counsellors.

Support offered - Mental Health issues, Depression, Anger Management, Relationship, etc – 01908 234643.

Access 9.30-7pm for new applicants 6 days a week. But 6-7pm only on Wednesdays

YMCA - 402 North Row, Central Milton Keynes, MK9 2NL (directly behind MK Central Police Station).

Direct access 15 bed hostel offering short stay accommodation (up to 28 days) for people aged 16 – 65. Guests are provided with breakfast and dinner for the duration of their stay and receive assistance from a support worker to find long term accommodation and deal with any additional issues requiring support.
